We are International Company in foundation drilling, currently recruiting position as follow:

ACCOUNTING STAFF

Responsibilities:
1. Book all transaction of:
- cash which are project expenses
- account payable
2. Make adjustment journal for consumables from stock & book/post it
3. Check all transaction which are already posted (the code) for project expenses from cash & account payable
4. Make summary/list of advance
5. Make summary of stock
6. Reconcile of PPh 23, psl 4(2), 21 borongan payable with tax
7. Reconcile of prepaid PPh 22 & 25 with tax
8. Make summary of Project Cost
9. Provide graphic of foreign exchange rate

Qualifications:
1. Preferably female, maximum 25 y.o
2. Minimum diploma degree in Accounting
3. Having 1 year experience will be an advantage
4. Able to operate computer, Ms. word, especially excel functions.
5. Willing to learn
6. A detail oriented person
7. Have a good communication
8. Able to work in tight schedule

Proficient in Excel Having excellent report writing skills with tight deadline

Having knowledge on SAP would be advantageous
