Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Economics, Marketing or other equivalent majors
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a life insurance and financial services industry, preferably also with a background in sales and sales management
• Previous or current management/ supervisory experience within major international insurance or finance company.
• Previous work experience should include other disciplines within the insurance company
• Strong communication skill, analytical thinking
• Team player, self-motivated, innovator, and target oriented
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential
• Willing to be placed at Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, and Jakarta
