Safety Supervisor-(Code: S-Spv)
Based in South Kalimantan. This is a staff position reporting to SHE Superintendent. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, controlling Safety programs to ensure that all sites and contractors comply with the company policy and standard on safety.
Required Qualifications:
* Mn. S-1 graduate in relevant disciplines.
* Well-established leadership skills.
* Possess excellent language skills either spoken, written of both Indonesian and English
* Computer literate (MS Word, Excel)
* Min. 5 years experience in safety management of coal mining.
* Possess excellent knowledge in safety mining regulations, Safety management and audit system and standards.
* Good skills in assessment, auditing, training in safety.
* Knowledge of risk assessment methodology as it applies to the safety system.
* Hold certificate of OHSAS auditor and/or Ahli K3 will be an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in team environment displaying leadership.
* High commitment to PTAI standard on business ethic.
* Good understanding on global coal business will be an advantage

Buyer, Procurement Admin, & HSE Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Receive and review a wide variety of requisitions and sourcing potential vendors.
- Review bid proposals from vendors and make recommendation.

- Evaluate vendors’ performance.
- Maintains records of purchased items, cost, delivery, performance and inventory.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (preferable in Engineering) from reputable university.

- Maintain and update the inventory management database and ensure it is correct and up to date at all times.
- Manage the day-to-day relationships with suppliers to ensure that services are being supplied to the level required in the pre-determined Service Level Agreements.
- Manage the end user expectation and ensure they receive a high standard of customer service.
- Manage procurement administrative paper filling.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in related educational background.
- 1-2 years experience in handling administrative tasks.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Knowledgeable of Basic Finance, Basic Legal, and Basic SAP.
- Work well under pressure without compromising on accuracy.
- Able to prioritize and manage a varied workload to meet strict deadlines.
HSE ENGINEER (HSE-EG)

- Assist in identifying and appraising loss potential conditions and practices of certain function in company.
- Assist in developing loss control methods, procedures, and programs to eliminate causative factors associated with specific problems, or where it is not possible to eliminate the hazard, provide the engineering necessary to devise mechanisms or procedures to reduce the degree of the hazard.
- Plan or propose facilities, operations, and projects.
- Provide staff assistance in any of the recognized fields of loss prevention to any division.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Health and Safety or Engineering.

- Knowledgeable on HSE related regulations, laws, theories, principles, and techniques.
