- Mastering Ms Office,
- S1 T. Machinery / Electrical / Electricity,
- Experiences min. 2 years in the same field, the field of maintenance / management of office buildings,
- Understanding the Building Management & able to communicate well with the tenant
CHIEF ENGINEER (CE)
- Men, min.30 years of age.
- Education min. D3 Electrical / Machinery
- Experience Min. 3 years of experience in the treatment / management of building resorts / hotel.
- Able to operate computer (Ms. Office)
- Willing to placed in Ciawi, Kab. Bogor.
TECH (TEK)
- Male, age max. 30 years
- STM/D1/D3 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical / Electricity
- Understand electrical systems
- Understanding of work systems AC, STP and Genset
- Able to operate computer (Ms. Office)
- Willing to work shift
- Min.3 years experience in the same field, the field of maintenance / management of office buildings
FINANCE SUPERVISOR (FSP)
- Male, age 28 s / d 30 years
- S1 Accounting
- Experience preferred administer tax
- Can Computers (MS Windows)
- Living in the south of Jakarta (near Bintaro)
FINANCE STAFF (FST)
- Male, age 24 s / d 27 th
- D3 or D3 Accounting Computer Accounting
- Min 1 year experience
- Can Computers (MS Windows)
- Living in the south of Jakarta (near Bintaro)
DRIVER (DRV)
- Men, min.30 years of age.
- Understanding the way in Jakarta
- Understand and machine maintenance
- Education min. SLTA / STM Automotive Engines
- Having min. SIM A
- Healthy and not smoking
