Job Vacancy Announcement Junior Program Officer at CCPI Foundation

URGENTLY REQUIRED

CCPI Foundation is an Indonesian non-profit organization, established in
2008. CCPI envision is on improving Indonesian Quality of life through
strategic communication for social development and social communication.

To accomplish this vision, CCPI Mission is: through partnering with public,
private and civic organizations to engage community and individual in the
promotion of healthy behaviors, exchange of information, improving quality
and access to services and creating enabling policy of environment.

CCPI expertise is in the areas of: Strategic Communication for Behavior
Change Communication, Researches & Monitoring and Evaluation, Capacity
Building (including trainings) and Currently CCPI urgently in needs for the
following position:
Junior Program Officer (JPO) – Jakarta base

Reporting to the Executive Chairman, the Junior Program Officer is
responsible for:

* Involve in the new business development of the foundation,
including providing assistant in proposals development.

* Pro-actively assist in exploring and identifying new business
opportunities.

* Act on a day to day basis as a main contact person for new
initiatives and existing programs within CCP-I.

* Assist in presentations preparations and development.

* Assist Program Officer(s) in the development of reports and
editing.

* Communicates new business opportunities and contacts to
supervisor/management.

* Ability to read, analyze and interpret the complex documents,
government regulations in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

* Ability to interpret programs budget and foster continuous
compliance on each program budget.

* Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and
complaints.

* Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw
valid conclusions.

* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and
written in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

* Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and develop
positive and effective working relationships.

* Other duties as assign.

Minimum Requirement:

* Bachelor Degree in Communication or Public Health.

* Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in communication business;
working in international NGO project environment will be an advantage.

* Willingness to travel is a must.

* Working knowledge of basic computer programs such as MS Word, Excel
and Power point is a must.

The closing date for application is 31st August 2009. Interested candidates
