BUILDING MANAGER (BM)
- male, age max. 35 years old,
- Ms Works Office,
- S1 T. Engine / Electrical / Electricity,
- Experienced min. 2 years in the same field, field maintenance / management of office buildings,
- Understanding the Building Management & able to communicate well with the tenant

Chief ENGINEER (CE)
- Male, age min.30 years.
- Education min. D3 Electrical / Engine
- Experience Min. 3 years in the field of maintenance / management of building resorts / hospitality.
- Ability to operate computer (Ms. Office)
- Willing to put in the Ciawi, Kab. Bogor.
TECHNICIAN (Tech)
- Male, age max. 30 years
- STM/D1/D3 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical / Electric
- Understanding the electricity system
- Understanding of system AC, STP and Genset
- Ability to operate computer (Ms. Office)
- Willing to work shift
- Min.3 years experience in the field of the same field of treatment / management of office buildings

FINANCE SUPERVISOR (FSP)
- Male, age 28 s / d 30 years
- S1 Accounting
- Experience in managing tax-preferred
- Computer literacy (MS Windows)
- Living in the region south of Jakarta (near Bintaro)

FINANCE STAFF (FST)
- Male, age 24 s / d 27 th
- D3 or D3 Accounting Computer Accounting
- Experienced min 1 year
- Computer literacy (MS Windows)
- Living in the region south of Jakarta (near Bintaro)

DRIVERS (drv)
- Male, ge min.30 years.
- The roads in Jakarta
- Understanding and treatment machine
- Education min. SLTA / STM Automotive Engine
- Having min. A SIM
- Healthy and not smoking
- Good attitude (attach SKCK)
